Below you will find the terms and conditions for entering the World Communication Awards 2023.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENTERING The World Communication Awards 2023 (the "Awards") are administered by Total Telecom.

The Awards are open to all telecom operators, service providers, suppliers and the wider telecom industry from across the world, subject to the specific terms of each category. The decisions on whether the requirements of the entry criteria are met will be made by Total Telecom and will be final. The eligibility period for entries is between 1 January 2022 to 1 March 2023. Persons completing entries commit that they are authorised to do so and agree to be bound by, and comply with, these Terms and Conditions and the "Entering", "Categories" and entry form sections of the World Communication Awards website. The deadline for award entries is 16th June 2023 at 17.00 (GMT). Award entries must be submitted online and any supporting information (where appropriate) must be supplied by email to wca@totaltele.com by the same deadline. Award entries costs Cost per entry: €600 (+VAT) for a single entry. Cost for multiple entries: €600 (+VAT) for the first entry, €500 (+VAT) for subsequent entries. Award entries will be confirmed by Total Telecom once the completed entry is received by TOTAL TELECOM. Confirmation by TOTAL TELECOM of the Award entry forms a binding commitment for payment of the full Award Fee(s) by the entrant.

If an invoice is requested, payment will be required 7 days from the date of invoice and must be received before judging commences. If payment is not received within these required time limits, TOTAL TELECOM reserves the right to cancel the entry without notice. Entries may be withdrawn but are not refundable. More than one category can be entered, but we advise against submitting more than one entry in a single category. Descriptions of the winner's submissions and those on the shortlist will be published in connection with the Awards; by entering, you agree to reasonable use of your company and/or product name in promotional material and news reporting. Winning entries will be displayed at the Awards ceremony and on TOTAL TELECOM websites; and as conditions of entry and/or acceptance of any award a licence is granted to TOTAL TELECOM for these purposes. Information supplied as part of entries will be treated as confidential and only used for the purposes of the Awards. Judges have the right to determine the standard of an Award and to withhold an Award in any category if, in their view, entries are not of sufficient merit. Judges may reallocate an entry to a different category. The judges' decisions are final, and no judge will enter into conversation or correspondence about decisions that have been made. The winner of each category will be announced at the Awards ceremony - there will be no prior disclosure.
